Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the Supply and Installation of Irrigation Pump Station and associated works located at the Honey Farm Road Sports Precinct Meridan Plains.
This is a lump Sum Supply and Install Contract.
Works are to include but not limited to the supply and installation of the following:
- Tanks
- Pumps
- Ancillary piping
- Metering
- PLC control system
- Acoustic enclosures
- Pontoon jetty
- Connection to water main
- Connection to local power distribution board.
- Testing and commissioning
Respondents are to include a written supply and installation methodology statements in their submissions and provide all requested information detailed in the tender documentation and Tender Response Form.
Respondents are asked to provide a detailed program of works.
It is anticipated this contract will be awarded 1 June 2024 with practical completion by 1 March 2025.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Corner of Honey Farm and Sattler Road, Meridan Plains on 16 April 2024 10:00 AM. Respondents required to register their attendance via email to tenderenquiries@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au PPE to be worn. Refer to Schedule 5 - Attachment 12 for meeting location
