Tender Description

The ANAO is seeking a suitable supplier, with the capacity and capability to provide enterprise-wide IT Managed Services, to enable the strategic and operational functions of the ANAO as the organization's 'Managed Services Provider (MSP) IT'. The ANAO is seeking to develop a long term strategic relationship with a vendor focused on providing secure, reliable, and effective technology to its workforce of approximately 500 people. The successful Tenderer will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the business, drive business and service improvements, and achieve ICT utilization and spend efficiencies.

The MSP IT contractor will be the ANAO's Lead IT Contractor and will be responsible for the entire IT environment. For clarity, in this RFT only, the delivery of services has been broken into the following five (5) work streams:
  1. General Management,
  2. IT Service Desk and End-User Computing,
  3. Infrastructure and Cloud Management,
  4. Business Systems and Cloud Management
  5. Additional Services

Conditions for Participation:
  1. The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
  2. The Tender must either:

1.hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statement(s) of Tax Record that are applicable to the Tenderer by the Closing Time; or

2. have a receipt demonstrating that all Statement(s) of Tax Record that are applicable to the Tenderer have been requested from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) by the Closing Time.

     3. The Tenderer must hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record(s) for any First-Tier Subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive)
Timeframe for Delivery: Contract commencement is anticipated for July 2024. The initial term of the contract will be 36 months.
