The purpose of this tender is to provide Council with a new security system that will form part of the construction of the Glen Willow Training Camp Facility.

Supply & installation of CCTV security & access control at the Training Camp Facility, 62 Putta Bucca Road Mudgee.

The provided systems will stand alone on site however, the new system will be designed to be updated and have the capacity to be expanded on in the future including the potential to be linked to Council’s other security and access control systems. Council currently utilise Integriti.

The Respondent will supply a detailed lump sum submission for all construction works that will consist of the supply and installation of a new:

•Building Security alarm system

•Electronic Motel Access Control System with the ability to control different rooms and facilities to individual staff personnel, guests and maintenance Respondents.

•Networked security camera system solution.

•A cloud base back up for the security access system and the CCTV footage as a 31day roll over renewal footage, offering both onsite and cloud-based control, retrieval and archiving options, including real-time viewing.

•Associated infrastructure to support the proposed network switching equipment and cabling including any maintenance requirements.

•Training for Council staff as required on the user interface and any associated software programs.
