1. Provide site clearance, excavation, levelling, retaining, and concrete works for the installation of a new prefabricated toilet and holding tank.

2. Provide service connections for stormwater, wastewater, mains water, and electricity.

3. Installation of a toilet on delivery from Permaloo, including connection to stormwater, wastewater, water, and electricity supplies.

4. Installation of 12,500 ltr holding tank, riser, and trafficable manhole cover.

5. Finished levels and concrete works for toilet and holding tank cover.

6. Location and protection of all existing services within construction area throughout works.

7. Prepare, obtain, and adhere to the approved Traffic Management Plan and other traffic requirements, including all temporary traffic control, signals, signage, barriers, lighting, and protection of the works as required.

8. Establish and disestablish all temporary sheds, offices, toilets, plant, equipment, tools, labour, and any required services (e.g. power, telephone, water, etc), and reinstatement on completion.

9. Installation, maintenance, and removal post-construction of all environmental protection works including but not limited to sediment and erosion control, tree protection, and noise limitation.

10. Liaison with Permaloo and Northpower.

11. Provide CCTV of new pipelines, as-builts, and PS3.
