Tender Description
A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:
The construction of an ensuite to Room 4 of the Jack Roney Ward, as shown on the contract drawings and as required to complete the project. The work is situated within a functioning hospital ward which must maintain operational at all times.
The ensuite will be similar to other ensuites on the ward with the exceptions to the following:
- Flooring will be finished in non-slip tarkett granite polysafe r11 vinyl, coved up the wall 100mm, fully welded, colour to be decided by hospital staff
- Walls will be finished with floor to ceiling vinyl fully welded, colour to be decided by hospital staff
