Performance & Load Testing is required for the Polling Place Technology (PPT) project, being delivered by Delivery & Support Branch.

Two applications are in scope:

• The Electronic Certified List (ECL) application, and
• Digital Officer in Charge (OIC) return application.

The testing services required are:

• Refinement and execution of the previous performance test suite
• Included Voter Mark off, Sync and Search transactions
• Creation and execution of performance/load/stress test scenarios for the Intune provisioning update transactions and changed deployment method for the next election.
• Feeding data packages over the wire.
• Replicate a large load of 15,000-20,000 devices to verify current infrastructure of the application
• Unknown: Analysis, Creation and Execution of OIC Returns and ECL integration point performance tests

The key Deliverables will be:

• Provide professional advice in performance/load/automation testing
• Creation of a non-functional performance/load/stress test phase plan
• Creation and execution of performance/load test scenarios
• Delivery of Execution Report
• Re-run of all testing for election readiness
