Expression of Interest - Lease of Properties

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Broome is seeking Expressions of Interest for the separate leases of the following premises:

• Old Broome Lock Up – 22 Carnarvon Street - 85sqm heritage building and surrounding 233 sqm of courtyards located within the ‘Town Centre’
• Broome Small Business Centre – 20 Cable Beach Road East - 73sqm free standing office space
• Office 2 – 27 Weld Street – 11 sqm office space at Civic Centre

Interested parties can obtain a copy of the EOI, request an inspection or discuss details of the premises and the lease arrangements with the Shire’s Senior Property & Leasing Officer at property@broome.wa.gov.au
