Tender Description
ACORPP has been instructed by the Department of Finance to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in Geraldton on behalf of the State Government.
KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
- Location is to be in Geraldton town centre.
- A net lettable area of approximately 3,200 sqm.
- Preference for the premises to be available for fit-out around October 2026.
