Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council has agreed to upgrade McGilp Reserve to increase it's use by providing facilities that would encourage greater participation in recreation and sport. This upgrade include (but not limited too) the following works: extension of the oval, new retaining wall, removal of trees, new changeromm facilities, new septic system, formalising carparing and associated stormwater, carpark lighting, new BMX/bike track and associated landscaping, resurfacing existing tennis court and fencing.
