Tender Description
Contract: The contract consists of multiple aspects of Councils sewer reticulation systems and is made up of the following components.
- Sewer gravity mains up to and including 1200mm
- Drainage lines up to and including 1200mm
- Junction sealing of all sizes
- Installation of new junctions
- House service lines
- Infiltration inspection and reporting
- Associated civil works
- Manhole access chambers
- Stormwater lines and
- Data collection.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender to enter a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
The contract is a Schedule of Rates contract that will remain valid for the fixed four-year term. Council may extend the term of the contract for a further 12month period up to a total of 2 years based on the needs of Central Coast Council and the performance of the Contractor.
