Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Financial Assessors for Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Prequalification Unit.

Transport and Main Roads, Program Management and Delivery (PMD), Prequalification and Contracts unit requires up to three (3) experienced and capable contractors to provide specialist evaluation services for the financial capability component of prequalification applications received for assessment.

PMD will assign financial capability assessment request/s to the Contractor. The Contractor will conduct the company assessment according to NPS stated requirements and provide advice to the Prequalification Committee.

Assessment of a company’s financial capability is based on:

Working capital
Net Tangible assets
Debtors and Creditors
Cash flow
Financial structure and
Other usual measures to evaluate financial capacity as explained in Transport Infrastructure Project Delivery System (TIPDS) Volume 3.
