City Parklands Services Pty Ltd, (City Parklands) (the Principal) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Brisbane City Council. City Parklands manages the operations of Roma Street Parkland and Victoria Park/Barrambin.
City Parklands invites you to submit a price as Principal Contractor for the supply and/or co-ordination of all trades, labour, plant, and materials to deliver the Minor Works including (but not limited to) all demolition, preparation works, certification, and supply and install of appropriate waterproofing membrane to the Roma Street Parkland Large Water Wall.
