Tender Description

DBCA is seeking to engage a behaviour change/communication specialist to design and develop a targeted strategic Communication and Action Plan for conservation estate in the Nyinggulu (Ningaloo) Coast area. The Plan should provide strategic direction with a framework to support coherent and targeted messaging for the conservation estate and influence positive community behaviour change regarding the protection of cultural and natural values.
