The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) seeks to engage an experienced service provider who have skills/capability to conduct a comprehensive evaluation assessment. The scope of work is to provide the DTA with an evaluation assessment on the Whole-of-Government Trial of Copilot for Microsoft 365.

FOR BACKGROUND - The purpose of the trial is to explore the safe, responsible, and innovative use of generative AI. The Trial will provide insights on the benefits, challenges, and implementation considerations for the use of generative AI by government, as well as uplifting capability across the Australian Public Service (APS). The DTA will coordinate the trial at a whole of government level. This coordination will be led by DTA resource and supported by the AI in Government Taskforce (AI Taskforce).  

The scope of work for we are seeking is:

• Review current draft evaluation plan and provide relevant recommendations for a final version.
• Develop & deliver mid-trial review.
• Develop & deliver pulse surveys.
• Conduct participant interviews (where required as part of evaluation)
• Delivery of post-use survey using Qualtrics
• Delivery of final evaluation report
• Analysis of trial data as captured in the above points, but also including:
• Issues register
• Engagement notes
• Dashboards
• Survey results
• Any other data sources determined by the DTA.
