The Item for purchase and removal is the vessel "Joy" (vessel registration number 9468).

"Joy" is a 7.10m rib reinforced plaster yacht.

The vessel "Joy" is currently on an emergency mooring site in the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour near the Department of Transport's (DoT) Marine Operations Centre, Capo D'Orlando Drive, Fremantle, at the mooring position:              

• Latitude: -32° 03.9044' South
• Longitude: 115° 44.8296' East

"Joy" is being sold pursuant to the disposal of uncollected good Act 1970.

The Department of Transport (DoT) is seeking offers for the purchase and removal of this vessel as described in the RFT document.

The condition of the vessel has not been verified and the vessel is being sold "as is".

Boarding the vessel is not permitted due the unverified condition of the vessel.
