The water infrastructure within the vicinity of Cooma Street (as shown on the design drawings) is aging with frequent failures occurring and is in need of renewal. The project has been commissioned by QPRC to address this issue and provide new infrastructure compliant with community standards. The works will involve construction of approximately 2.4km of replacement water mains of various sizes as shown on the design drawings, including all excavation in all materials, disposal of excess material and reinstatement.
