This RFT seeks tenders for the supply of the following goods and services:

• Manufacture, store and supply the required volume of all types and styles of plates to the required specification that ensure regulatory responsibilities are met.
• Provide a secure and reliable computerised inventory, warehousing and distribution system that has the potential to interface with the Department’s Motor Registry System (MRS).
• Enable plates to be ordered and delivered direct to the Principal, Service Centres and/or specific locations within specified timeframes.
• Have the capacity to assist the Principal and current Personalised Plate Provider with artwork services including design, development and manufacture of a new Number Plate range.
• Assist the Department with the identification, design, development and manufacture of new Plates for release in the future, as required.
