Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (Principal) is seeking the services of an experienced and suitably qualified fencing contractor to supply, install and repair a wide range of fences, bollards, and gates.
The works will be primarily delivered to the network of parks, reserves, road reservations and freehold land owned by the Principal.
Works will range in volume from fencing entire reserves to undertaking minor repairs.
The Contractor must provide the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated in the tender which must be read in conjunction with the relevant legislation, standards and codes unless otherwise specified by the Principal.
No guarantee on the quantity of works is given by the Principal.
The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated options to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to up to twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.
The Contract is expected to commence in April 2024.
