HanRoy Iron Ore Pty Ltd (HanRoy) has been engaged as the agent to deliver the execution phase of the Ridley Magnetite Project on behalf of Atlas Iron Pty Ltd.
Overview of the Project
HanRoy will develop the new mine to produce magnetite concentrate.
At the Ridley site, the development will include a processing plant and infrastructure, non-process infrastructure, tailing storage facility, camp and village, extensive power infrastructure, and public road upgrades.
The project will export magnetite through Port Hedland's Utah Point with a new concentrate unloading, storage and reclaim facilities.
These new facilities will tie into the existing ship loading facility.
The magnetite concentrate will be transported from Ridley to Utah Point by road haulage.
The Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 60kms east of Port Hedland within the Makanykarra (formerly Pardoo) Project area.
