Joseph J Leadbetter Park (sometimes incorrectly known as Lake Annand Park), address 88-92 Long Street, Centenary Heights is existing parkland within the East Creek Linear Corridor. The park has a total area of 2.4 hectares (Lot 15/RP162688). The park contains an existing concrete bowl skate park.

This skate park is to be upgraded to better meet the needs of the local community.

The Parks and Recreation Services Branch requires the completion of the concrete skate park improvement construction works for Joseph J Leadbetter Park. The style of skate park is ‘street style’, designed for all ages and abilities and will create original and interesting obstacles that complement the existing suite of skate parks throughout the region.

The works to be performed under this contract includes the provisions of all materials, plant and labour and the performance of all operations of whatever kind necessary for the complete and proper construction of the works as detailed.
