Occupational Health Clinical Service Provider

⁠⁠⁠• We are seeking a local occupational health clinical services provider to assist with occupational immunisation, influenza vaccine administrations and provision of clinical advice.

• The provider must have sites for the provision of occupational immunisations.

• The provider must be able to deliver onsite vaccine campaigns such as influenza vaccines.

• Required occupational immunisations are Hepatitis A & B, Tetanus, QFever, Rabies.

• Quotes to include cost of service and travel - scope to deliver immunisations on site (multiple sites - Emerald, Capella, Springsure, Blackwater and Duaringa)

Mandatory requirements:

AHPRA registered medical provider or registered pharmacist with onsite clinics.

Please provide statement of capability to supply accredited personnel for the provision of occupational immunisations.

Please provide cost for supply of accredited personnel (day rate) Please provide cost of individual immunisations including - Hepatitis A & B, QFever, Rabies and Tetanus.

Please provide cost of transport for accredited personnel.
