As part of our commitment to procurement best practices, Queensland Health is initiating a market sounding exercise to solicit industry feedback regarding the feasibility, interest, and innovative approaches in deploying mechanical warehouse automation solutions. The insights gathered will shape our future sourcing strategy and procurement process.

As a minimum, Queensland Health is considering mechanical automation technologies for the warehouse that:

• facilitate stock induction into various storage configurations (each, inner, outer, or carton pick locations), enable high-density storage, support stock retrieval for human-assisted picking, and offer sortation capabilities.
• integrates with S/4HANA version 2021 SP02 or higher, allowing for near real-time communication and data exchange.
