The City is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to inspect, maintain, install, and dismantle illuminated Christmas decorations at various locations throughout the city.

A number of decoration suites will be retired over the course of this Contract and replaced with new designs. Refer to RFT000205 Scope Attachment 3 New Designs

At the time of this tender, only concept illustrations for new decorations are available for reference. However, all decorations are expected to be supplied with fittings similar to existing items and should therefore be easy to install and dismantle.

This Tender intends a Contract for three (3) years with an option to be exercised at the election of the City for a further two (2) years.
