Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠800 Smiths Creek Roadhouse will be demolished. Minor improvements have been undertaken to the original basic structures however, the dwelling in general is very basic. The dwelling and subject site is currently in a very dilapidated state and currently unlivable.

As the dwelling is in a poor state of repair and considered unsafe for residential purposes it is proposed to remove the dwelling and convert to open space within the road reserve. No other alternatives are proposed.
