DevelopmentWA, through its agent Knight Frank, invites Offers to purchase either or both of Lots 42 and 43 at Montario Quarter.

Comprising 4029sqm for Lot 42 and 5039sqm for Lot 43, and totalling 9068sqm for both, these are highly prominent sites at the heart of the master planned Montario Quarter precinct, winner of the 2023 UDIA WA Award for Excellence in Urban Renewal.

DevelopmentWA's vision for Lots 42 and 43 is for a medium to high density development outcome which provides a range of residential typologies and amenities with strong interrelationships with adjoining sites and the wider Montario Quarter precinct. To support this vision, the Shenton Park Hospital Improvement Scheme was amended in 2023 to introduce Group Dwellings as a Discretionary Use across Lots 42 and 43.

This Offers Invited (OI) campaign seeks to evaluate capability based on specified weighted and non-weighted criteria addressed by Proponents, as outlined in Section 3. Offers are to be in the form of the Contract of Sale provided in Attachment 2 (Offer) and incorporating the terms of the submission to this OI (Submission).
