The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the carrying out of Sydney Town Hall Projectors (supply only) in accordance with this Request for Tender.

Venue Management has existing projection equipment for the supply of vision services in Sydney Town Hall.

Venue Management has an existing stock of Vision equipment for the supply of vision services in Sydney Town Hall.

This tender is to supplement the existing projection equipment with the supply of two (2) 35K to 40K laser source projectors with lenses and accessories for use in Sydney Town Hall. These will be primarily used for long throw front projection in Centennial Hall as required. The preferred source is pure RGB laser source but alternative options will be considered if they meet the specified performance requirements.

Bidders can submit multiple options if they can supply different models/options. Each option should be submitted with its own set of returnable forms and product specific information and titled with the company name then the model type. The options are to be bundled together and then submitted as a single Tenderlink response.

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this document.
