Tender Description
The work to be performed under this Contract includes but is not limited to the items outlined below and any miscellaneous ancillary works required to achieve the intent as shown on the Contract Documents.
The site comprises 107 Elliot St Balmain NSW 2041. The work under contract (“WUC”) broadly comprises:
* Temporary fencing to create site compound
* Silt boom covering length of site compound
* Construction of a new amenities block and storeroom
* Installation of a new grease trap
* Installation of a new container kiosk and coordination with supplier
* Installation and commissioning of new services
* Concrete slab & hardstand
* Paving
* Handrails, Balustrades and ramping
* Landscaping
