The Bay of Plenty Regional Library Group are collaborating for the purposes of group purchasing items for library collections to:

- gain cost reductions

- provide the breadth and volume of material expected by our customers in the shortest possible timeframe

- access 'shelf-ready' services e.g. selection, cataloguing, processing in order to meet the efficiency, economic, and environmental outcomes sought by our communities.

This is a 3-year contract with options for +1 and +1 contract (3+1+1), i.e a three-year contract with provision for two further one-year extensions, at the sole discretion of the BOP Regional Library Group

This RFP process may result in one or more supplier's being awarded the supply of various component services to the BOP Regional Library Group.

This RFP is issued by Rotorua Lakes Council on behalf of BOP Regional Library Group.
