Regional Procurement, on behalf participating Orana Region Councils is calling a Panel Source Tender # T142425OROC Supply and Delivery of Aggregates and Raw Materials.
The participating Councils are seeking suitably qualified and experienced person(s)/companies to provide road base, subbase, aggregates including precoat, rockfill, modified material, recycled concrete etc. to Council sites as required.
TERM: This contract will commence 1/07/2024 and conclude on 30/06/26 (24 months) with a 1-year option.
SCOPE: The requirements of this contract are addressed in the Tender Documents.
INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box (see option below) before the deadline at 10.00am on 16 April 2024. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method detailed in the Invitation to Tender.
The participating Councils are Bourke Shire, Gilgandra Shire, Warren Shire,
Narromine Shire (starting 01/09/2024) and Warrumbungle Shire.
