Integrated Facilities Management

⁠⁠⁠The Town recognises the challenges of operating in regional Western Australia and the corresponding types and levels of risk attached to regional operations.

Accordingly, this Request for Information (RFI) is designed to understand the prevailing integrated maintenance service provider markets, the level of market interest in supporting the Town and to seek industry knowledge and experience for input to a short-, medium- and long-term solution to the Town’s operational continuity and the development of a logical and sustainable solution.

Specifically, the Town is seeking your input to develop:

• An operating model that successfully combines planned and reactive maintenance for all Town owned assets.
• An operating model that meets industry and legislated standards for asset quality, compliance, and management best practice.
• A rigid commercial model that is considerate of day-to-day operations, after hours requirements, specialty services and inventory management that spans across 24/7 support throughout the year.
• A system of asset management that augments Town asset class management plans and is complimentary of Town ERP platforms.

Pending the outcome and assessment of information received from this RFI, the Town may release a Request for Tender (RFT) for prescribed services.
