The state of Queensland represented by the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services is seeking an Expression of Interest, from suitable Tenders, for a case management software solution that is used on premises, in court rooms and other external locations by QFES Legal Services.
Visual Files is a case management software solution that is used on premises, in court rooms and other external locations by QFES Legal Services for file management and reporting. It is used for recording key information and uploading documents relating to QFES legal cases; searching for information relating to current and previous legal cases; and reporting on current work.
A replacement solution is required to ensure business continuity and to address information security concerns. Replacement will include migration of data from the current system to the new system and/or archiving of data. Transition out requirements for the current system are also to be addressed
This project is to identify a suitable fit for purpose solution to replace the current Legal Practice Management System. This will occur as a two-stage process to procure a Legal Practice Management System, starting with an Expression of Interest to identify the current suppliers in the market and determine the cost of a new System followed by a Request for Quote.
