The intent of this Request is to seek potential retail operators for SCGH and OPH that meet NMHS service and consumer requirements and to obtain proposals outlining the commercial terms being sought. Following the review of submissions, a shortlisting process will occur. A secondary evaluation process may then be undertaken with the view of selecting a preferred respondent or respondents for further negotiations to be conducted.

It should be clearly understood that NMHS is not obliged to select one or more respondents and reserves the right to reject any or all of the responses and/or negotiate independently with any party it so wishes. NMHS also reserves the right to enter into negotiations on any aspect of the response, including any landlord or base building works that may be required.

If NMHS is able to reach an agreement with a preferred respondent, it is envisaged the parties, subject to negotiation and agreement on all terms and conditions, may enter into a binding lease or Agreement for Lease (AFL).

Electronic Lodgement

The respondent must only submit the offer (Offer) electronically by uploading at www.tenders.wa.gov.au.

TendersWA can facilitate the uploading of files to a maximum 100MB limit per upload request.

The respondent must be registered to submit an Offer electronically.
