This procurement is to establish a replacement across government contract for the provision of Debt Resolution Services for a period of 36 months across all regions of the Northern Territory.
Contractors must hold a current licence to carry on business as a commercial agent under Part 2, Division 2 of the Commercial and Private Agents Licencing Act 1979 (NT).
