Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake kitchen refurbishments works to the following properties located in Exmouth:

• Lot 11, 11B Salmon Loop, Exmouth, WA, 6707
• Lot 753, 114 Learmonth Street, Exmouth, WA, 6707
• Lot 981, 35 Krait Street, Exmouth, WA, 6707

Scope of Works

The Work includes but is not limited to works comprising of:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Tiling

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their tender. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Briefing
