Tender Description

Mount Barker District Council is seeking to partner with a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to review its internal Information Services (Business Systems, ICT and Records) delivery model by guiding and developing a service delivery and technology adaption roadmap.

The consultancy will consist of the following deliverables:

1. Information Services Strategy – This will identify the Information Services investment strategy in line with organisational requirements to deliver growth and efficiencies to the Mount Barker District Council over the next five years.

2. Information Services Review – This will identify the roadmap for the delivery of Information Services team (Business Systems, Information Management and Information & Communication Technology) including team structures, resourcing, skillsets, values, service levels, benchmarking, budget estimates and technology requirements for the next five years.

3. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) review – This will identify and prioritise the roadmap of organisational business systems future direction and the investment in these systems for the next five years.
