Provision of Traffic Control Services - MCC

⁠⁠⁠Maitland City Council requires experienced and qualified Contractors to provide all necessary staff and resources to carry out Traffic Control Services within the Maitland LGA.

Term:

This Agreement commences on 1 July 2024 and will conclude on 30 June 2026 (24 months), with provision for a one-year extension.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box (see option below) before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 9 April 2024.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method detailed in Project No. 2024/137/2340 Invitation to Tender Final.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that Maitland City Council are not bound to accept the lowest Tender, or any Tender submitted.
