Tender Description
The Hire of Plant and Equipment, for Council works within the Cessnock City Council Local Government Area. This hire will be on a daily hire basis wet and dry as required.
This panel shall include rates including an operator (Wet hire, rate A) and without an operator (Dry hire, rate C)
Please refer to the specifications and pricing excel sheets. Pricing is to Include GST.
The returnable schedules will need to be completed and uploaded into this Vendor Panel request by the the close of tender, 2pm Tuesday 16th April 2024. .
The period of this contract is 3 (Three) years with a 12 (twelve) month extension based on supplier performance. 30 September 2024 to 29 September 2027.
All submissions recieved will be evaluated on the following criteria -
- Tendered Price
- Suitability
- Local Preference
- Work Health & Safety Performance
- Environmental Management Performance
Details
In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderer’s obligations, the Tenderer shall:
submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderer’s Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with
any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete;
not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed;
not engage in any form of collusive practice; and
not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
