⁠⁠⁠Scope and Specification

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the purchase of Lot 13 Pound Street, Kingaroy described as Lot 13 on Registered Plan 814986 for the purpose to develop the land for a multipurpose use being mixed commercial and residential. Council will then prepare a shortlist from the expression of interest (EOI) responses and invite written tenders from those persons.
