Australia Post is seeking tenders from companies, or persons willing to form companies, to deliver mail under contract arrangements in the Delivery Areas listed below. Australia Post has a commitment to providing a consistent and personal service to its customers. Therefore, as far as practicable the successful tenderer should be able to supply the same personnel to deliver the articles each day in the delivery area.

The successful tenderer will have sufficient time to make arrangements to comply with the conditions of the contract, including the procurement of suitable vehicles. Training will initially be provided to the successful tenderer, who is then required to train its own personnel.

All genuine tenders and enquiries are welcome. However, Australia Post is not obliged to accept the lowest or indeed any tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders if it considers that it is in the interests of Australia Post to do so.

Australia Post INVITATIONS TO TENDER FOR:

800901 Coolah Street Mail Delivery

o The service is performed 5 days per week [Mon-Fri] and includes the sorting and delivery of all mail including parcels within the Coolah township.

o Total weekly hours are approx. 39 hours and requires 1 x motorcycle/eBike/pushbike and 1 x standard van

800922 Dunedoo-Elong Elong-Leadville Roadside Delivery Contract

o The service is performed three days per week [Mon-Wed-Fri] and includes the sorting and delivery to the roadside of all mail including parcels in Dunedoo, Birriwa, Elong Elong & Leadville.

o Total weekly hours are approx. 32 hours 55 minutes and requires 2 x medium sedan/wagon

800923 Dunedoo Street Mail Delivery

o The service is performed 5 days per week [Mon-Fri] and includes the sorting and delivery of all mail including parcels within the Dunedoo township.

o Total weekly hours are approx. 30 hours 20 minutes and require 1 x motorcycle/eBike/pushbike and 1 x standard van

800907 Coonamble Street Mail Delivery

o The work on offer will include the sorting and delivery of all mail including parcels within the Coonamble Township.

o Total weekly hours are approx. 78 hours and requires 1 x Motorcycle/ebike/pushbike and 1 x standard van Contracts Commencing: 1 July 2024
