Council is seeking to establish a panel of qualified mechanical and electrical service providers with the capability and expertise to perform a wide range of reactive maintenance and Capital asset renewals. The panel will comprise of two distinct parts: mechanical services and electrical services. Each of these parts will be further segmented into two essential categories: reactive maintenance and capital asset renewals.

This high value tender presents an opportunity for Council to attract industry leading service providers and an opportunity to negotiate commercially advantageous conditions in what is a very competitive environment.

The successful contractors will work closely with Council’s Facilities Management, Capital Works and Parks and Open Spaces teams providing expert advice with high levels of service ensuring all mechanical and electrical assets are well maintained, safe and compliant with all statutory regulations and standards. The successful contractors will share Council’s commitment to providing environmentally sustainable solutions for maintenance and asset renewals under this contract.
