Tender Description

Overview

The Victorian Government is expanding the capacity of the emergency department at Casey Hospital. The expansion will support the treatment of an extra 52,000 presentations each year.

The Project is being delivered by the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) in partnership with Monash Health. Major construction on the emergency department expansion is expected to be completed in 2027.

The Project will support several other Government policies, including:

  • Local Jobs First Policy
  • Social Procurement Framework
  • Building Equality Policy (BEP)
  • Fair Jobs Code
  • Supplier Code of Conduct
  • Value Creation and Capture Framework.
