The City of Sydney ("the City") invites Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for the carrying out of consultancy services for an aquatic centres long term renewal and investment plan in accordance with this request.

The City is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to conduct analysis of community and market trends, and develop insights, strategic advice, recommendations, and a plan of priorities for the short, medium, and long term renewal and investment in these facilities, to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the community now and into the future.

As a secondary objective, the City is seeking quotation and a proposal to develop a separate aquatic centres asset management plan. The development of the asset management plan as per the proposal will be an optional scope extension to this engagement.

Bidders must submit Quotations in the manner required by this document, and outlined in Part B Request for Quotation Specification.

This is an opportunity for potential Tenderers to hear from the City's representatives in City Greening and Leisure team and prior to submitting the RFT. It is strongly recommended bidders attend the briefing, however, attendance at the in-market briefing is NOT compulsory.
