Tender Description

Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Solutions partner(s) to implement and support a Payroll System and Roster, Time (RTA) and Attendance system based on the requirements identified in these Tender Documents ('Proposed Contract').

Central Coast Council are seeking the implementation and operational support of new Payroll and Roster, Time and Attendance (RTA) system(s).

Council would like to seek a 5-year initial engagement with 5 x 1 year extension options for Licensing and Support up to a total of 10 years.

The project will be broken into 2 parts:

Part 1: Replacement of the RTA system End of Life (EOL) date September 2025

Part 2: Replacement of the Payroll system

Council would prefer a single vendor but will consider two vendors and systems to help deliver the project with respect to timelines, cost and functionality. Tenderers may submit an offer for one or both systems.

Shortlisted Tenderers may be required to demonstrate their solution/s to the Evaluation Panel.
