Molonglo Group Centre Stage 1 – Engineering Consultancy Services

The Suburban Land Agency is seeking an Engineering Consultant (Consultant) to provide and manage a multi-disciplinary team of suitably experienced, qualified, and skilled staff and sub-consultants for Stage 1 of Molonglo Group Centre. Stage 1 consists of two separate Subdivision Development Proposals, with this team undertaking the required Services to develop a Subdivision Development Proposal (SDP), submit a Subdivision Design Application, obtain the subsequent Development Approval and provide both Detailed Design and Construction Tender documentation for the two subdivisions within Stage 1.

A briefing session will be held on 19 March 2024 03:00 pm.

Notes: The Industry Briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams.The purpose of the industry briefing is to provide an outline of project history and requirement, as well as answer any questions put forward by attendees. This will be a combined briefing with both the Engineering and Urban Design Consultants.
