Tender Description
Provide a noise control service to respond to noise complaints in the Thames Coromandel District to give the community confidence excessive noise complaints will be responded to, assessed, and Excessive Noise Direction notices issued when required:
1.The noise control contract will be for a term of 3 years from 1 July 2024
2.Response to noise complaints 24/7 district wide
3.Response to both residential and commercial noise complaints
4.Response to noise complaints within a 60 minute KPI
5.Monthly noise report to be submitted to TCDC within the first week of the following month
6.Noise contract staff to be suitably trained on how to assess noise
7.TCDC receives approximately 750 noise complaints per annum
