Tablelands Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the supply of cleaning services for corporate facilities and public amenities for up to a 24 month period. Initially a 12 month contract, from 3 May 2024 through to 2 May 2025 with an option to extend for 12 months at Councils sole discretion as described in more detail in Part 5 Scope.

Corporate Cleaning Schedule. The schedule is established across five 5 cleaning routes. A Supplier may Tender for one or multiple routes. Each route may be awarded to a separate Supplier, or a Supplier may be awarded more than one route.

Public Amenities Schedule. The schedule is established across four 4 cleaning routes. A Supplier may Tender for one or multiple routes. Each route may be awarded to a separate Supplier or a Supplier may be awarded more than one route.
