Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake D&C Elizabeth Quay Jetty Shed Extension and Modifications at Elizabeth Quay Jetty.
The Work includes but is not limited to Design, engineer, and construct an extension of the Elizabeth Quay Jetty with the inclusion of a secure storage shed based on the provided concept flooring and elevations drawings. Contractor must strictly adhere to the external finishes, materials and conditions detailed below and within the supporting design documentation.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Elizabeth Quay Jetty, Perth on 15 March 2024 9:00 AM.
A Mandatory site briefing will be held on Friday 15th of March 2024 at 9 AM at Elizabeth Quay Jetty.
