Penola Catholic College, Emu Plains is a Year 7 to Year 12 Co-educational school, located at 75 Mackellar St, Emu Plains.

The school has approximately 690 students and approximately 80 staff.

The purpose of this RFT is to solicit a suitably qualified vendor to provide canteen services to Penola Catholic College. The canteen services (Breakfast, Recess & Lunch) will be provided to students during school days (Monday -Friday only) and will have healthy food options. In addition to this, Cathwest Innovation College next door may require online lunch orders only and arrangements will be made with the successful vendor to deliver the lunches at 1.15pm each day.

Cathwest has approximately 150 students. The canteen licence is to commence in Term 2, 2024 for a term of one year (with an option to renew for a further 1 year).
