An invitation is extended to you to submit a tender for the management and operation of the Dysart Swimming Pool and facilities under a lease arrangement.

Council’s key priorities include cost effectiveness, sustainability, a strong customer focus, promotion of the sport of swimming, safety, compliance and the highest levels of infrastructure and amenity management. Council requires the placement of a new Lessee to open the swimming season on or about 1 September 2024.

An optional site meeting will be held at Dysart Swimming Pool on Tuesday 19 March 2024 at 10.30am.

Tenders must be in accordance with the Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time, being 2pm Monday, 8 April 2024 AEST.

Please do not send tenders directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
