Tender Description
The Copping Refuse Disposal Site Joint Authority (the Principal) invites tenders for construction services in respect of a new Waste Transfer Facility at its Lutana site.
BACKGROUND
The Principal operates a waste transfer station at Lutana. The current site facilities are aging and require replacement. The scope of works includes the construction of a new waste transfer shed, new hardstand and access road.
Full details of the construction requirements are provided in Part 5 of this document, with a draft copy of the contract included at Part 4.
